Back from the Beach

We got home from our annual Myrtle Beach family vacation yesterday. It is sad to see our vacation over so soon. Our week flew bye. We had lots of fun playing in the sand, sun, and water with Camden. He loved the beach and the pool. I guess he takes after his parents. Here are a few of our favorite pictures from the week. We haven't gotten to go through them all but we definitely didn't take as many pictures this year as we did last. I guess we were just busier chasing Camden around. Camden is also at a hard stage to take pictures of. We had to take more natural on the move pictures. He did not want to sit and take family photos so you will notice the lack of formal family pictures. Instead, we had to just let him play and try to capture some shots of him when he wasn't looking. Hopefully next year we can get some more formal family shots.

Camden and his buddy Skylar. We met Skylar last year when she wanted to carry and hold him on the beach. We found her family on the beach again this year and they were back to being instant buddies. He would look for Skylar every day when we got down to the beach. He loved having a buddy to play with!
One of the few family pictures we got. Please notice that Camden isn't even looking at the camera. He loved wearing his Penn State hat around. Pappy was pretty proud of his little Penn State fan!!

Camden loved playing in the fountains at Broadway at the Beach. Thursday night Derrick and I went out on a date night and the grandparents took Camden to play in the water. Apparently he was entertainment for a large group of people. He would get upset when the fountains turned off. Sometimes he would even be standing on one of them when it came back on. We took him down to the fountains again on Friday night before we left because we had to see him in action. He sure made a lot of people laugh!!
