Our Christmas & New Years - Part 1

It is so hard to believe that Christmas has come and gone so quickly. We had a wonderful Christmas spent with family. Camden enjoyed opening a few presents but did not like opening present after present. Maybe next year he will be more excited and in to it. Of course Jaxsen slept through most of the events. I am sure next year he will be acting how Camden did this year - a little excited but a little overwhelmed too. Our Christmas Eve was spent with my family opening presents. We spent the night at Mom & Dad's house and then opened up presents with them the next morning before heading off to Great Grandma Hulock's house for more presents and breakfast. We then traveled to my aunt's house for a few hours before making the trip back to Lancaster. We celebrated with Derrick's parents the day after Christmas. We forgot our good camera so pictures are on the small camera. I just realized they haven't been downloaded yet. I will do that next. :)
Our New Years Eve was spent with the Uhrich Family. We thought the kids might enjoy having a sleepover but it didn't work out as well as we thought it would. One of them would wake up and start crying and then the other one would start freaking out too. We think Izzy woke up Camden the first time because she wouldn't stop kissing him and telling him that she "lubs him." Then the next few times I think it was Camden who woke up and didn't know where he was. We ended up having Camden sleep with us on an air mattress after they woke up again at 1 am. We did have fun too and the kids enjoyed having breakfast together and getting to play the next morning. Maybe the sleepover will work out better next year. :) Here are some pictures from our Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Years. I hope that all of you had a wonderful holiday season!!
